P M Security and Manpower Agencies was founded by Mr. B. Kamban, a decorated veteran who served over 20 years in the Indian Armed Forces. His experience spans high-security installations, tactical operations, and personnel management in some of India's most demanding defense environments.
After his distinguished military career, Mr. Kamban identified a critical gap in Tamil Nadu's private security industry: a lack of discipline, accountability, and genuine commitment to statutory compliance. Most agencies treated security as a commodity. He set out to change that.
Today, PM Security operates with the same chain-of-command structure that defines the armed forces. Every security guard, housekeeping staff, and administrative worker deployed by our agency is police-verified, background-checked, and trained in site-specific protocols before deployment. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, PSARA licensed, and fully compliant with PF, ESI, and all Central and State labor laws.
